Jesus wept because he'd heard that this mate Lazarus had died... even though he knew that both of them would soon rise again. This is yet another blog by a church worker turned academic who fell in love and got married and pregnant... and her ponderings on questions of motherhood, faith, community, life, hope, love and grace...

Thursday:
Grace, I know you've been praying for my daughter, and although this is not the right place I'm bursting and just want to copy what I just posted on Mad Priest:
My nearly 14 year old daughter has had her last leukaemia clinic today and after 2 1/2 years she's been released into normal life.
We had a bit of a party at the hospital today and tomorrow she'll be going to school bearing a banner "I BEAT CANCER"!!
Thanks all you guys for your prayers during the last few months since I discovered this blog.
Good stuff can and does happen!
Apart from that: It's wet! I hope you have a lovely lovely and sunny honeymoon!!!!
